Not sure if anyone has ever heard it before but it is a 3 part audio interview with Return To Oz composer David Shire talking to some fans of the film. I'm a huge fan of this score and actually own the one CD release. I still wish for a reissue someday, and given Intrada's new deal with Disney, I REALLY hope they are able to obtain this particular score.
