atlantide 0
Does anyone know why John Williams didn't score the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire soundtrack ?And do we know who will score the next Harry Potter ?
Sandor 853
atlantide, there are actually two answers to the fist question:A. John Williams did not have time to score GOF, because he wanted/was obligated to score Memoirs of a Geisha. B. Mike Nevell wanted a composer closer to "home" who could be actively involved during the film's production considering the amount of source music to be used. Or in other words; he wanted Patrick Doyle and this is his "press-friendly" reasoning. Who will score OOTP? Not known at this time. I think it will be Hans Zimmer!
