There’s still one recording session left for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, according to director J.J. Abrams, who was attending the GLSEN Respect Awards in Beverly Hills Friday night (Oct. 23): “We’re in the editing room working on the cut, going over visual effects and doing reviews, and we still have another scoring session with John Williams, who’s a god when it comes to music.”, Abrams said.
The soundtrack album will be released by Disney Records on December 18.
