I also have to watch the movie again (I'll wait for DVD/blu-ray), but I do remember that at the end of the movie (after the sunrise), there was the electronica song ("Tron Legacy") for a few minutes into the credits. After that, there was orchestral music for the remainder of the credits - I'm guessing that was "Finale", but it could easily be some other portion of the score.

I'm not entirely sure if tracks 29 and 31 are placed correctly here for film order, but the way the album presents them (flowing with the tracks around them), this is the best sequence to avoid jarring cuts and transitions.

Just checked through Batman. Here is the chronological order:

Aside from some missing music here, two differences from the La La Land release is that the ending of track 2 does not fade out as quickly and track 23 has the complete ending to the cue. If you have both, some minor editing can occur to have the best of both worlds.


EDWARD SCISSORHANDS

Here's the chronological sequence for EDWARD SCISSORHANDS:

Anyone have a chrono edit for Varese's Magnificent Seven?

It should be in order.

I think it mostly is, but I'm certain track 10 isn't where it should be.

Looks like it needs to go between 6 and 7 (The Journey happens before the Fiesta at the village).

Just wanted to check if anyone knew any others.

First, thanks for compiling all of these fommes. Second, I just wanted to clarify a few things.

BEETLEJUICE

I forgot to mention this yesterday. But did anybody notice that the Elfman box version of the original soundtrack of Beetlejuice kept that glitch in the soundtrack where, "In the Model" (track 7) merges into track 8 which is suppose to only play the cue "Juno's Theme" but that track plays on track 9 with "Beetlesnake" playing after it in the same track. Eventhough Beetlesnake is suppose to be the only cue playing in track 9.

Yes, track 7 plays into track 8. Fortunately they're played right after each other in the film, so no editing needs to occur as long as you put the tracks back to back. As for what was reported about track 9, that's inaccurate. Beetlesnake contains cues in two different parts of the film. Although this is not explained directly, it is shown in the blog post previously linked to.

Miami Vice is not an easy task I think but Life Before Her Eyes gives me lots of trouble!!

MILLENNIUM in chronological sequence.

- Needed: the two 2CD volumes from La-La Land Records, the Season 1 promo, and “The Best of Millennium” iTunes release.

- Season 1 promo tracks have been checked and are put in sequence. As the promo didn't have track titles, almost all titles are taken from DVD chapters. The other titles are made up.

- Most of the La-La Land Records tracks have not been checked; I assumed they were put in sequence. (However, there’s been a change to the “Jose Chung's Doomsday Defense” episode.)

- iTunes release titles have been added between brackets.

- Be aware that there has been confusion on the internet regarding the iTunes release and the Season 1 promo! Track times have been added for those particular tracks.

- If anyone has the original iTunes release (actually bought from iTunes) or the Season 2 and Season 3 promos, please let me know.

- Looking at the tracklist, most music from the Season 2 promo has been released now, except for a couple of tracks from The Hand of Saint Sebastian and 1M1 from The Fourth Horseman.

Does that mean there is a significant amount of unreleased material on the Promo, since you added a whole third disc?

Well, you can see it in the list I posted - I added track times to the promo tracks, because the promo often gets a faulty track listing (with each track getting the name of an episode), and sometimes there's also some confusion between the promo and the iTunes release with the stuff you find on the internet (the one getting the track titles of the other).

With the extra material added, it doesn't fit on 2 CDs anymore. You also can't assign a CD per season, as there's 81 minutes of season 1 music. But I think I divided it well, and if you follow the list above, you can put that vocal bonus track in front of a comedy episode score, and the longer theme version after the finale. It works well that way.

I'm curious how you came to that edit of the end credits. I pulled out my DVD and it matches the Academy Promo's version of the end credits almost perfectly.

I think they recorded a number of pieces for the end credits, and both the C&C and the FYC present edits of those recordings. The first piece is edited in the C&C but is presented in full on the FYC, then the FYC excludes and presents edited versions of the next pieces (which are in the C&C version), and the last piece is missing the first half on the C&C.

The only seconds I'm not sure of are the first few seconds, but I like the FYC's opening better anyhow.

It's funny, I've been doing the same thing with Millennium. I'm wondering though, have you been able to identify:

iTunes T2 - Pilot Episode: Bumper #1-M2

iTunes T19 - Omerta: 1M3-2M2-2M4

Promo T23 - Paper Dove Part 1

As it seems all three of them are the same track.

Because then you haven't got the iTunes release I'm afraid, only versions of the season 1 promo. It's this one listed above:

First off, the season 1 promo: the bulk of the tracklists for the season 1 promo you find on the internet are wrong: they assign to each track the name of one episode. The list below should be the correct one and has been compiled by another fan. But beware: due to the common replication of that one 1:45 track the track numbers may be jumbled up on your version. If I remember correctly, the copy may be either the 2nd or 3rd track, or one of the two last (depending on the version you've downloaded).

I've also come across a so-called version of the iTunes soundtrack which is in fact the season 1 promo with the tracktitles of the iTunes soundtrack. That's presumably what you've got.

I'm still planning to verify the cues that have episode titles but no specific cue names in my editing guide above, but haven't had the time yet.

I've noticed that the names are wrong. The first thing I did was compare the tracks to the La La Land release to at least remove the incorrectly titled and duplicate cues. The rest is what I've been wanting to figure out but have not been able to watch the episodes yet.
