On Friday 26 October Classic FM exclusively broadcast a concert celebrating the wonderful music of John Williams, live from the Royal Albert Hall. In case you missed it, here’s how you can catch up
On Friday the London Symphony Orchestra performed some of John Williams’ best-loved movie scores.
The great composer was set to conduct the concert himself, but had to pull-out due to a last-minute illness. Instead, composer and conductor Dirk Brossé – a specialist in the music of John Williams – was on the podium.
And Classic FM gave listeners the chance to enjoy the sold-out event. The whole concert, presented by Catherine Bott and Andrew Collins, is now available to hear on our catch up service – here, if you’re on desktop – or via the app if you’re on mobile.
