John Williams’ Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Symphonic Suite, composed for the Star Wars theme park and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, has been nominated for the 62nd Grammy Awards in the Best Instrumental Composition category, while his violin arrangement of Hedwig’s Theme for Anne-Sophie Mutter, released on their Across the Stars album, was among the nominees for ‘Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella’ (see list of nominations below).
The Awards will be handed out on January 26, 2020 in Los Angeles.
