The first ever live performance of music from Star Wars: The Force Awakens took place on December 16 at the Midwest Clinic International Band and Orchestra Conference in Westmont, Illinois. The United States Army Field Band performed a special arrangement of John Williams’ “Scherzo for X-Wings”, one of the concert pieces that can be heard in the original soundtrack album.
