‘Tintin’ Score Wins Annie Award

John Williams’ The Adventures of Tintin has won an Annie Award in the ‘Music for a Feature’ category, beating out Henry Jackman’s scores for Puss in Boots & Winnie The Pooh, and John Powell’s Rio. ‘Tintin’ also received the award for ‘Best Animated Effects in an Animated Production’.

The 39th Annual Annie Awards, recognizing the year’s best in the field of animation, were presented on February 4, 2012 at UCLA’s Royce Hall, in Los Angeles. – Full list of winners
